Hotel TERRA Superior is located in the center of Janská Lázně near the colonnade, about 600 m from the cable car station to Černá hora.

A spa hotel with 35 rooms and a dining room, connected by an elevator and corridor to an indoor pool and a whirlpool with thermal water. Reception services are provided by the spa house Janský Dvůr (about 50 m).

• Bellis newly renovated 2-bed rooms equipped with a standard double bed with a width of 180 cm (of which 13 rooms with the option of separating the beds into two separate beds with a width of 90 cm, 2 rooms with a non-separable bed with a width of 180 cm, 1 room with permanently separated beds with a width of 90cm)
• Iris newly renovated 2-bed rooms with a balcony, equipped with a standard double bed with a width of 180 cm (including 3 rooms with the possibility of separating the beds into two separate beds with a width of 90 cm, 1 room with permanently separated beds with a width of 90 cm)
• Lotus newly renovated suite equipped with a standard double bed with a width of 180 cm without the possibility of separation and with the possibility of an extra bed.
• Veronica newly renovated 1-bed rooms equipped with a non-separable bed. (of which 8 rooms with a bed 140 cm wide, 5 rooms with a bed 90 cm wide)
