Pension FAMI - Retro Design

Pension Fami Retro Design is located in the center of the village of Staré Splavy , 300 m from the sandy beach of Máchova Jezera.

Pension Fami Retro design offers year-round accommodation with a total capacity of up to 50 beds, is tastefully furnished with modern designer furniture but at the same time retains the unique atmosphere of a functionalist building from the First Republic. For corporate seminars we can arrange the rental of a conference room with complete technical equipment. In cooperation with the Sosnová autodrome it is possible to arrange safe driving courses, rental of racing cars, quad bikes, a skid school on the racing circuit and other adrenaline activities.

Directly in front of the pension there is a sports complex with nine tennis courts, three volleyball courts, a gym, fitness room, sauna and jacuzzi. It is also possible to use a grass football field 400m, an indoor swimming pool, an aqua park with an outdoor swimming pool 300m. In bad weather it is possible to visit the aqua park in Česká Lípa (15 min by car). There is a 25m swimming pool, an adventure pool with massage jets, a wild river, water slides + kamikaze, bubblers, saunas and a children's paddling pool.

Other sports activities: Rental of up to 35 mountain bikes, pedal boats, sailboats, go-karts, minigolf, beach volleyball, Junglgreek, recreational fishing, steamboat ride, etc. History lovers can visit the KHMáchy Museum, Bezděz Castle, Kokořín Castle, Sloup Rock Castle, Zákupy Chateau. In winter, you can enjoy the beauty of the frozen lake, go cross-country skiing or ice skating on the largest ice rink in Bohemia. Ski area with artificial snow and night operation only 30 minutes by car.

Modern designer furniture but minimalist interior design of the rooms refers to the identity in the spirit of the 30s. The rooms are double, triple with private bathroom (shower / toilet), quadruple rooms or family apartments with two separate bedrooms and private bathroom (shower / toilet).
